I'm not sure what size marquee to order?

As a guidance, our 5m x 5m (25 sq.m) square shaped marquee can hold 25 people seated and our 8.6m x 10m (65 sq m) hexagonal marquee can hold 65 people seated. But just give us a call and we will talk you through the options, since how you want to use the marquee can make a big difference to the size you might need.

Will you visit me to see where I want the marquee and give suggestions?

Yes, we normally will want to visit the site to make sure you have the best layout for your needs and to help by giving alternatives to the layout. We can at the same time make sure the site is suitable and suggest ways of decorating, or enhancing the marquee with flooring etc. if you so wish.

Can you also supply heating, flooring, lights and all the extras, apart just from the marquee?

Absolutely, we have years of experience in putting together a complete package tailored for your requirements. It can be just the basic marquee, or one with heating, flooring and lighting, or even styled to a theme of your choice. You are in control and we will do as much, or as little as you wish.

What deposit do I need to give to secure the order?

We ask for a deposit of 25% of the hire charge to secure your booking, with the outstanding balance payable at least 10 days prior to erecting.

Can I cancel my order?

Of course, we try and be as flexible as possible, but by reserving your marquee we will have turned down other orders for it and so there will be a charge that will vary as we get closer to the delivery date: More than 14 days prior to function - 25% of order value, within 14 days of function - 50% of the order value, within 7 days of function - 100% of order value.
